Payment Information

Due to the increase in bank fees we had no choice but to add a low order fee to our website.  All orders below R30-00 will be charged a low order fee of R20-00.  If you order for more than R30-00 the low order fee will be removed from your order total.  We apologize for this, but unfortunately it has become necessary.  Bank fees are such that with orders of less than R30-00 we actually make a loss and no business can survive on a loss.  We had two choices, refuse orders below R30-00 or add the low order fee to orders below R30-00.  We think the low order fee is the best option.

We accept cash deposits, bank transfer (EFT) or payment via Payfast.

CASH DEPOSIT OR ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT) PAYMENT

After you've placed your order, please make payment into our bank account.

Banking details will be send via email after you've clicked the final CONFIRM ORDER button.

After you've made payment, please email proof of payment to us at admin@palacewebdesign.co.za

For you to be able to download your items, we need to set your order status to Complete or Shipped.  This will be done after the amount paid is showing on our bank statements.  If you make payment from an ABSA bank it will show the same day and if you make payment from another bank, it usually shows the next morning.

PAYMENT VIA PAYFAST

If you wish to pay via secure online payment through Payfast, you have to choose the Payfast option at checkout.  This will take you to the secure Payfast page for debit or credit card payment.

Your downloadable products will be available for download after we've received notice from Payfast that you've made payment.  This usually takes between 1 - 2 hours after payment has been made.


DISCOUNT

All orders to the value of R300-00 or more, will receive 10% discount.

As you may understand, we can not refund you on downloads.
