What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash payments and electronic transfers.  If you wish to pay via credit card, you will either have to transfer the money from your account to ours or we have to do it through the Payfast website.  You can visit them on www.payfast.co.za to read more about credit card payments.

Can we come to your shop?

We are an internet based business and as such, do not have a showroom open to the public. 

How much is postage?

We are selling downloadable products, so you are not charged for postage or delivery.

When will I be able to download my product?

As soon as payment reflects on our bank statement, we will set your order status to Completed or Shipped and you will be able to download the products.

Do you give discount for bulk orders?

Yes we do.  If you buy for R300-00 or more, you will receive 10% discount.

Can I save my shopping cart and continue shopping tomorrow?

If you are logged into our website you can save your cart and continue shopping tomorrow. 

How long do I have to make payment after I've placed my order?

We require payment within 48 hours of you placing your order.

Should I send you proof of payment after I've made payment?

We would appreciate it very much.  You can email (admin@purplepalace.co.za) proof of payment to us.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the products I've bought?

Unfortunately seeing as you may have copied the products and used it already, we can't give refunds.
